  1. Such a great giveaway for all woman...I just love Bio-Oil!!! The remarkable journey of new life is a positive, transformative experience. Pregnancy offers expectant parents an opportunity to prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for parenthood. Making informed decisions about childbirth, newborn care, and parenting practices is a critical investment in the attachment relationship between parent and child. Education is a key component of preparation for the difficult decisions required of parents and is an ongoing process as each stage of growth and development brings new joys and challenges.

When preparing for the birth of a child, it is easy to get caught up in the material things associated with pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care. Tiny infant clothing, the latest maternity fashions, and baby gear can all be part of preparing for a baby, but the lasting investment of preparation involves becoming informed so that you can create a peaceful, loving environment in which to grow, birth, and care for a new life. I educated myself by Reflecting on my own childhood experiences and my own current beliefs about parenting where I explored different parenting philosophies etc. I have followed all the above steps and I have shared this giveaway on Twitter (@flutterbymegs). Fingers crossed.

  2. REHANA SEEDAT email: dseedat@telkomsa.net I have Liked your facebook page and shared the competition post. I am Following you via Bloglovin and have tweeted about the giveaway. Twitterhandle @rehanaseedat I educated myself in terms of health. I kept my blood sugar level up by eating whole, healthy foods and plenty of protein. I did this in small, frequent meals throughout the day. I varied my diet as much as possible and kept myself hydrated. Plain water is great. If you are nauseated and can't keep water down, add a spoonful of sugar and a pinch of salt to it. This will rehydrate you quickly and ease much of your nausea.
I ensured that I got plenty of rest. Paced myself. Took a 10-minute break as often as I can. Took naps before dinner & around lunch time. I got in the habit of grabbing bits of rest whenever I could - makes parenting a newborn so much easier!

  6. Best way to educate yourself is to learn from other's personal experiences and read up on new developments and ways of improving your parenting methods. You are never too old to learn something new, innovative and helpfull.

  8. This is an awesome prize and a great gift for my sister in law who is expecting their first bundle of joy. I have retweeted this post, liked your Facebook page and I am a loyal follower of your blog via bloglovin.
From the moment I found out I was pregnant the research began. I bought books, I was given books (said book has been passed on to my sister in law), I subscribed to baby magazines and spoken to parents who passed on valuable advice and helpful tips. It was a truly magical experience and I feel grateful and blessed to have these munchkins in my life.
Holding thumbs for this great win!
